Police have formally charged Guyanese national, Feroze Rafikh, age 42 years, of 2nd Avenue Amity Lodge, Christ Church for the offence of murder in relation to the stabbing death of Tito Gill, which occurred on 17 July 2013.
Rafikh is expected to appear at the District A Magistrate Court today.
