OPPOSITION PARLIAMENTARIAN Dr Maria Agard says Government may soon face a vote of no-confidence.
That was the message the Barbados Labour Party (BLP) MP for Christ Church West passed on to her constituents at the constituency branch meeting on Sunday.
Referring to the current economic challenges facing Barbados, Agard told the gathering the Opposition had been long offering Government advice, “but so far they have not been receptive”.
For this reason and because of the continuation of this country’s woes, Agard said, she was relaying the call from Opposition Leader Mia Mottley for BLP members and supporters to “be on the alert and be ready”.
