WATCH OUT, Gwyneth. I’m coming for you today.
That essentially was the message from a confident Betty West yesterday as she finalized details for her band Renewable Energy In The Mas.
“My competitor [Gwyneth Squires] always says she is going to send Betty West east, but this year I’m not going east. I’m going to take it all. I feel confident about the band,” said West.
West, who has a seven-section band, said her band would represent an element of the energy she would bring to the road on Kadooment Day.
