Greening tips for children

Students attended outdoor classes yesterday when they visited the National Conservation Commission to take part in its seventh Environmental Arbor Day.
About 1 000 students, from 20 primary and secondary schools, learned about greening solutions and environmental science on their tour of the commission’s Codrington, St Michael headquarters.
They visited several tents sponsored by the Future Centre Trust, Sustainable Barbados Recycling Centre and the Ministry of Agriculture. (AC)
