Police probing death in City

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of an identified man whose body was discovered early in this morning on Lower James Street, Bridgetown.
In a press release today police stated that around 1.30 a.m, a passer-by discovered the body of the man lying in a pool of blood on the sidewalk at Lower James Street and called the police. 
Emergency officials from the ambulance service also responded.
Police said the man was dressed in a white vest, long dark jeans and sneakers.  An orange hat was near the body.
“Investigations are continuing also establish his identity and also the motive.  It is believed that he sustained stab wounds about his body” stated the police report. (CM/PR)
