Top chef stirs it up!

Sumptuous meals of all kinds and the finest of wines and rum were front and centre this weekend as the Barbados Food & Wine and Rum Festival sizzled the country’s tourism industry.
The annual festival was launched at Oistins on Thursday night and continued yesterday with cooking demos by international chefs at Hilton Barbados and the Bajan Street Food and Extravaganza.
Here, Marcus Samuelsson, chef and owner of Red Rooster Harlem in New York City, cooking up savoury cuisine during the demonstration at Hilton Barbados.
