A night of “spiritual upliftment” has been promised by Morgan Heritage for its sixth performance here.
One of the main acts for tonight’s Hennessy Artistry, the five-member Jamaican reggae band exited the arrivals lounge at Grantley Adams Airport at 3:30 p.m. yesterday and was met by a gaggle of fans and officials of the show to be held at Kensington Oval.
“Barbados can [expect] a jolly good time, vibes and island vibes . . . ,” Roy Gramps Morgan said.
The band will continue promoting its new album Here Come The Kings, with plans of a Caribbean tour next year.
Mavado, i-Octane, Junior Kelly and Richie Campbell are also set to hit the stage, as well as homegrown band NexCyx. (LW)
