The sack is back

It definitely is not usual to see sack races during school sports, but yesterday George Lamming Primary brought a blast from the past into their sports, which were held at the National Stadium.
Not only did students have fun hopping to the finish line, they also took part in the age-old game of tug-o’-war.
And, although there were no points to be had from the two events, it was evident that the athletes thoroughly enjoyed themselves. (RB)
