Police discover over 2000 cannabis plants

POLICE DISCOVERED MORE than 2 000 cannabis plants yesterday when they carried out drug eradication operations in St Peter and St John.
The 2 614 plants were being cultivated in bushy areas.
The majority were found in Pot House, St John where 2 026 plants were found; the tallest being five feet.
At Hothersal and Henley in the same parish, 106 and 255 cannabis plants were discovered. At Hothersal, the tallest plants were one and a half feet high while at Henley the tallest were three feet.
Meanwhile, at Road View, St Peter, 227 plants were found with the tallest being three feet.
No arrests were made. (NB)
