THE?STYLISH Ricky “Body Doc” Hoyte continued his rich vein of form when the Bush Hall Dungeon Road Tennis Competition served off at the Deighton “Pa” Roach Tennis Centre, Bush Hall, on Wednesday night.

There were also wins for Anthony “Jack” Hall, who similarly had a 21-14, 21-11 win over Decoursey Beckles, while Leroy Best triumphed over David Weir 21-15, 21-15.
After losing the opening set to junior Kyle King, St Philip’s top player Ryan Hall came storming back to inflict two sows on King in winning 14-21, 21-7, 21-7.
In the Dungeon class, which is for Intermediate players, Rudy “National” Gill defeated Rudolph Doughlin 21-19, 18-21, 21-14; Winston Grosvenor mauled Brian Alleyne 21-9, 21-10; Richard “Danny Boy” King was a 21-15, 21-15 winner over Alfred Forde; and Errol Edwards, the father of highly rated junior Emar Edwards, defeated Michael Niles 21-10, 21-19.
