Headliners has been on the top, it has been at the bottom but it’s always a work in progress. I deal with issues as they come.
What is your biggest professional challenge?
Right now because of the tough economy and with poor sponsorship you do need cash flow to try to keep the tent afloat. On top of thatm, one of the biggest challenges is managing personalities.
What is your biggest life challenge?
Staying focused in the midst of health challenges.
When you look to the future what do you see?
God.
What is your favourite pastime?
Cracking jokes and telling stories. Liming with my friends, laughing, playing music and talking foolishness all mixed up in one.
What is your favourite meal?
Anything my wife cooks.
Q: On Saturday nights where are you likely to be?
Home, unless there is a calypso tent. Other than that I will be at home.
Q: What upsets you the most?
People who don’t understand that really and truly they don’t exist in a vacuum and that they don’t work by themselves. Therefore, you have to work together with people and you have to balance your needs and your wants with everybody else’s and work with others. Some people have this belief that the world rotates around them, that’s what upsets me the most.
What is your guiding philosophy?
Do unto others as you would have them do onto you.
If you had the chance to manage Barbados for a day, what would you do?
Put country before party.
