Barbados second in Regional Under-15 cricket

Barbados’ Under-15 cricketers beat their Trinidad and Tobago counterparts by 34 runs yesterday to finish second in the Regional One-Day Competition.
Playing at Up Park Camp in Jamaica, Barbados posted 234 for eight off 50 overs and bowled out Trinidad and Tobago for 200 with more than four overs remaining.
Joshua Bishop scored 56 and Shian Brathwaite 40.
Kirstan Kallicharan made 43 and Navin Bedaisee 41 for Trinidad and Tobago, and Bishop took three for 31 in a fine all-round performance.
Barbados finished second with 19.5 points, half-a-point ahead of Trinidad and Tobago, while Guyana topped the tables with 25 points.
