BASSETERRE, St Kitts – Forty-year-old Shivnarine Chanderpaul has been named as a guest player in a 13-man St Kitts and Nevis Squad.

Chanderpaul is the most capped West Indian in Test matches. He has played 156 Test matches since his debut 20 years ago. He has scored 11 414 runs, at an average of 51.88 per innings, including 29 centuries.

The St Kitts & Nevis Cricket Association today named the 13-man squad to play the upcoming three-day match against Bangladesh. The match will be played at Warner Park from tomorrow through Monday.

Play starts daily at 10 a.m. Eastern Caribbean Time. 

The squad will be led by allrounder Jacques Taylor.

Also included is fast bowler Quinton Boatswain. The 23-year-old – from Montserrat – is a recent graduate of the Sagicor West Indies High Performance Centre and has played four first-class matches for the Leeward Islands.

August 22: 2nd Dhaka Bank ODI – West Indies won by 177 runs at National Stadium.

August 25: 3rd Dhaka Bank ODI – West Indies won by 91 runs at Warner Park, Basseterre, St Kitts (day/night).

August 27: Dhaka Bank T20 International – No Result due to rain at Warner Park (night).

September 5 to September 9: 1st Dhaka Bank Test – Arnos Vale, St Vincent

September 13 to September 17: 2nd Dhaka Bank Test – Beausejour Ground, St Lucia
