All Season Resort – Europa recently celebrated winning the Barbados Hotel & Tourism Association’s (BHTA) 2014 Hotel Of The Year Award (B Class and Apartment). The honour was in acknowledgement of the hotel’s work toward continued excellence in the quality of their product and service.
Hotel director Soni Kessuram was elated by the award and congratulated her 25-member team.
She said: “This award really celebrates the commitment and focus our team has made to customer service and guest relations. It is also a rewarding moment as we have recently completed a $4 million renovation of our 48 guest suites and developed a 1 400 square foot multifunctional facility designed for weddings and small events.’
Kessuram, thanked the BHTA for recognising All Season Resort in their 2014 awards.
