Police probing unnatural death

POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING the unnatural death of 56-year-old Anthony Maynard of Burkes Land, Brittons Hill, St Michael.

According to public relations officer Inspector David Welch, the freighter was delivering bags of produce to a residence at Chelston Gardens, Culloden Road, St Michael, when he fell from his vehicle and died.

Maynard was pronounced dead at the scene. A post-mortem will be conducted to determine the cause of death. (PR/NB)
