All Barbadian hotels will from next week be able to access the sweeping duty free concessions granted to the Sandals group.

Minister of Finance Chris Sinckler made the disclosure today while addressing the third quarterly general meeting of the Barbados Hotel & Tourism Association at Hilton Barbados.

However, Sinckler told tourism industry leaders concessions alone would not be enough to make the industry viable. He underscored the need for staff to be trained to deliver service of the highest quality and for hotels to be constantly refurbished. (TY)
