Centenarian thanks God

URSULA CADDLE-SOBERS is Barbados’ newest centenarian.

The resident of Pie Corner, St Lucy, celebrated her birthday in the company of Governor General, Sir Elliot Belgrave and family members.

The soft-spoken former plantation worker said one of the reasons for her long life was her “trust and belief in God.” (RB)
