Robbed of a loved one

THERE is too much vanity in the world!

That was the cry from a woman whose boyfriend was gunned down on Wednesday night and robbed of the two gold chains around his neck.

Gregory Ainsley Bishop, 33, of Boscobelle, St Peter, became Barbados’ 22nd murder victim when he was attacked and killed by a man while attending a friend’s birthday party at a shop at Doughlin Road, Weston, St James.

His grieving girlfriend Catherine Bowen, 33, said people in the area told her that Bishop was robbed of his gold chains.
