CAC Games badminton update

IT WILL BE an all Latin American affair when the finals of the Central American and Caribbean Games team badminton competition are held today.

Mexico and Guatemala will meet for the gold medal match after rolling over Dominican Republic and Cuba, respectively by the same 3-0 margin in last night’s semi-finals in Veracruz, Mexico.

Earlier, Barbados fell to 5-0 defeats at the hands of Cuba and Mexico and were edged 3-2 by Suriname.
