POLICE ARE ON the scene in Bay Street, St Michael where a man was shot and a police officer injured.
One officer told NATION ONLINE there was an altercation in the area near Brownes Beach and the two were injured.
The man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance.
