Unfair, ludicrous, pathetic and ridiculous!

Just some of the words used on social media yesterday after the four pools for next year’s Netball World Cup in Sydney, Australia, were officially unveiled with Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago placed in a “Group of Death”.

Not only has the two Caribbean netball powerhouses been pooled together but what is even more shocking is that the world’s best two teams, New Zealand and Australia are in that same group for the August 7-16 tournament.

And long-standing Barbados coach Anna Shepherd is dumbfounded and wants to know how the administrators could’ve arrived at such a decision.
