FOR THE SECOND time within a week, members of the Police Force have come under gunfire from bandits.

Reliable sources disclosed that around 2 a.m. today, two plainclothes policemen carrying out patrol duty along Tudor Street in the City were shot at by two suspicious men, who fled and escaped.

Police reportedly recovered four spent shells from the scene.

Last Thursday, Police Constable Dale Jordan was robbed and shot at while walking along Seclusion Road, Black Rock, St Michael.

Money and other items were taken from him. (TS)
