Kraigg Brathwaite etched his name in the annals of Barbadian cricket history when he notched a second innings century to become the first batsman to record hundreds in both innings of a regional first class match at Kensington Oval.
Bolstered by the captain’s measured 112 that followed the 102 he notched in the first innings, Barbados Pride declared their second innings at 241 for six after claiming a first innings lead of 91, to set the visiting Guyana Jaguars 333 to win.
Jaguars openers Vishaul Singh and Ravindra Chandrika reduced the winning target by 41 in the 11 overs available to leave the match interestingly poised for the fourth and final day.
