Woman found, but mystery abounds

MYSTERY STILL shrouds the disappearance of the wife of a businessman who was discovered 24 hours later at a stranger’s house in a village two miles from her upscale home.

Family members of 49-year-old Karen Valdez Harris were tight-lipped last night about what happened to the mother of two teen girls but were very happy that “she was safe and sound”.

It was reported that the Rowans Park, St George resident who left her home on Friday evening around 3:30 for a routine jog, was seen on security footage in Gun Hill and that she was last communicated with about 90 minutes later. The former Queen’s College student then vanished.
