THE HOLIDAY RENTAL market is looking up.

So said chief executive of Terra Caribbean Andrew Mallalieu during the launch of The Red Book Barbados 2015 – a real estate guide – at the Somerley, Hastings office yesterday.

Mallalieu also said occupancy was significantly higher this year than it was last year.

Mallalieu added that based on forward bookings for next year the sector was expected to perform well again. (LK)
