DR DIANE HOFFMAN delivered an intense lecture to academics and others invited to the 13th Annual Caribbean Public Policy Lecture at the Errol Barrow Centre for Creative Imagination recently.

Hoffman’s subject – Marginal Or Mainstream? What Can Out-Of-School Youth In Haiti Teach Us About Development Policies? – kept an audience engrossed for a full hour. The conversation took on a lighter note when guests engaged acting director Dr Don Marshall and other officials from the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Research in light banter over cocktails in the foyer.
