Mac: Bring back the drums

BRING BACK the drums to the Barbados Secondary Schools Athletic Championships (BSSAC).

Former physical education teacher Mac Fingall wants the drums and the music back to add sparkle to the most heralded track meet in the land.

He said the meet was missing a beat without the drums.

The charismatic and sometimes controversial figure who leads the rag-tag band at international cricket fixtures at Kensington Oval felt the track meet lacked the buzz of the previous championships when music featured. (MK)
