St Philip man remanded on murder charge

THE MAN charged in connection with Monday’s stabbing death of Erskine Gunning appeared in the District “A” Criminal Court No. 2 this evening.

Rhondi Ricardo Dabrio, 37, of Seaview Road, St Philip, was not required to plead to the indictable charge of murder.

The barber who is being represented by attorney Angela Mitchell-Gittens was remanded to HMP Dodds until April 30.

Gunning, of King’s Village, Paddock Road, St Michael, was a 41-year-old father of eight. He was stabbed during an altercation at Paradise Village, Christ Church, and died from his injuries at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. (Coastline Communication)
