Fisherman on drug charges

A FISHERMAN has been remanded to prison on charges relating to the seizure of around 500 pounds of cannabis at Consett Bay, St John on Sunday night.

He is 49-year-old Carlisle Winston Miller of College Savannah in the same parish.

He appeared in the District “C” Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday to face charges of possession, possession with intent to supply, trafficking and importation. (PR/NB)
