Brits in party mood

ARMED WITH ALL KINDS of noise-makers and outfitted in wigs, suits, and even dresses, the British visitors invaded Kensington Oval yesterday, outnumbering the locals almost eight to two to enjoy an entertaining day one of the third Digicel Test between England and the West Indies.

No one seemed in a more festive mood than this quartet who definitely boosted sales of local dresses, hats and accessories that were being marketed at the venue.

The happy visitors are lining up to apply sun tan lotion on each other to join their thousands of countrymen in cheering on the heroics of captain Alistair Cook and his men. (KB)
