Transport Board workers to return to work

TRANSPORT BOARD BUSES will be soon be back on the road today after workers met with their representatives, the Barbados Workers’ Union, and it was decided that they would return to their jobs.

Barbadians woke up this morning to news that drivers at Government-owned Transport Board had withdrawn their services leaving hundreds stranded at the bus stops.

The appointment which the workers were protesting has reportedly been rescinded. (JS)
