BLACKMAN and Gollop’s A and B netball teams were a cut above the rest yesterday.

Both teams made the final with the A side defeating their B schoolmates 2-0 to signal their intentions to successfully defend their Pine Hill Dairy Primary Schools Netball title by repeating as queens of the Aileen Jeffers-Moore Memorial Rally when the annual championship got underway at the Wildey Gymnasium yesterday.

Remarkably neither team had lost a match for the entire day and the only goal that was scored against the A team was in the 3-1 semi-final victory over Grantley Prescod. The B team beat West Terrace 2-0 in the other semi-final.
