IT HAS BEEN five days since a St Thomas mother last saw her firstborn son and today Marsha Burton is pleading for help to locate him.

javan-burtonBurton told WEEKEND NATION she last saw 21-year-old Javan Devere Burton on Monday morning around 9:30. At that time he was wearing a white tee-shirt, a short black pants and black slippers.

Surrounded by close relatives and crying uncontrollably at her home yesterday, Burton said when her son left home there appeared to be nothing different compared to other occasions.

However, when he did not return home the evening and subsequent calls to his cellular phone went unanswered she knew something was not right since he had no history of doing anything like that before.
