No places for 25 Customs officers in BRA

Acting NUPW general secretary Roslyn Smith spoke with the SATURDAY SUN yesterday, shortly after emerging from a two-hour session with the concerned Customs officers and department employees over several unresolved issues.
She explained that of the 300-plus Customs and Excise Department workers, Government was prepared to offer places in the BRA to 279 while the future of the others remained in limbo.
