THE OWNER OF B’S Recycling has missed a 14-day deadline to remove thousands of tonnes of material at the controversial waste facility, the SUNDAY SUN can reveal.
When the target set by the Town and Country Planning Department (T&CPD) expired on Thursday, none of the material had been removed from the location at Reece Road, Cane Garden, St Thomas.
When contacted, owner Paul Bynoe said he had no comment to make.
But a source close to his operation described the order as unreasonable. (MB)
