SPORT IS GREAT and so is food. This was the theme adopted by the British High Commission when the West Indies and England cricket teams were in town to play the third Test match at Kensington last weekend.
High Commissioner Victoria Dean threw open the doors of her official residence to the two teams for the grand party with the theme Sport Is Great And Food Is Great and she invited a host of guests to meet and mingle with the cricketers.
Governor General Sir Elliott Belgrave headed the guest list, which included government ministers, cricket legends, and personalities from the business arena. There was even a selfie station for guests to create and record their own memories of the night.
