All Stars, Empire into semis easy

ALL STARS and Massy Insurance Empire both had perfect records in the pool matches and easily qualified for the semi-finals in the men’s section of the Indoor Hockey Classic.

Playing at the Wildey Gymnasium yesterday, All Stars were in a rampant, goal scoring mood as they hammered Barbados Union Of Teachers 8-3 in Pool 2.

The men delivering the Mother’s Day package for All Stars were Paul Gill with a hat trick. He as ably assisted by Dario Jordan with two goals while Neil Franklin, Damien Downes and Jemar Small added one each.Stephen Morris with a brace and Simeon Morris replied for the teachers who were outclassed.
