THE SUCCESSFUL CARLTON and Emerald City supermarket business will not be a one-generation enterprise that disappears when the founder is no longer around.

“We are a second generation business here and with the type of guidance that has been afforded to me, we will be around for quite some time,” young Bynoe revealed.

Tomilson is known for also getting his hands dirty, engaging in every aspect of day-to-day operations of the business, from interacting with customers and responding to their queries, to moving shopping trolleys and ensuring that every product is in its correct place.
