THE EMPLOYMENT Rights Tribunal (ERT) finally heard its first case on May 20.

While many former workers of the National Conservation Commission have been anxiously awaiting their case being heard, it was another which engaged the attention of the tribunal.

Led by chairman Hal Gollop, commissioners Ed Bushell and Beverley Beckles heard a wrongful dismissal case brought by former accounting firm KPMG employee Joel Leacock.
