Teen ‘hit’ by police car

A TEENAGER and his mother are searching for answers after a Good Friday kite-flying outing turned into a police chase and left the youngster with a fractured foot.

Lucille Williams and her son Paige Williams, 19, of Enterprise, Christ Church, say a police vehicle ran over the foot of the young man and they accuse officers of behaving indifferently since the day of the incident on April 3.

The two said they were hurt by the police’s action and have sought the assistance of a lawyer in getting the matter dealt with to their satisfaction.
