LAST YEAR, Antoinette Downie cracked the top ten of an International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) women’s physique contest in Arizona on pro debut.
This weekend, she is aiming for top five honours in Puerto Rico.
Downie has left for the Wings of Strength Puerto Rico Pro contest in San Juan, more resilient and rugged than last year when she landed a commendable tenth place in a high-class field of 28 in Phoenix.
“I have improved. I am carrying more muscle and my condition is on par with last year. Top five is the plan. I am razor-sharp and ready. I am carrying the right size and muscle density,” she said.
