One more witness in tribunal’s first case
THE Employment Rights Tribunal’s (ERT) first case may just be a five-day affair.
Chairman of the tribunal, Hal Gollop QC, said yesterday, the third day of sessions at the Warrens Office Complex, that after two more sittings his panel should be retiring to consider the evidence and make a ruling.
Just one more witness, KPMG partner Lisa Taylor, is expected to be called when the hearing resumes on June 22. The next day, lawyers for both sides could be making a summation.
