A NUMBER of former top drivers are coming out of retirement for the third round of the Suzuki Challenge Series at Bushy Park on Sunday.

The oldsters include Lincoln Waterman, George Ullyett, Hallam Edwards, Peter “Duct Tape” Thompson, Simon Gillmore and Freddie Mapp, who will join current drivers such as Roger “The Sheriff” Skeete, Paul “The Surfer” Bourne, Doug Maloney and Trevor Mapp in the Swift Cup Masters Race.

Insiders are saying that the day’s action, slated to start at 10 a.m., should be keenly contested since all the cars are based on a standard production Suzuki Swift Sport.
