St Michael man charged with murder

A MAN IS expected to appear in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court today charged with murder in relation to the death of Wilfred Patrick Edwards, formerly of Chapman Street, St Michael.

He is 47-year-old Gordon Manfield Redman of Lightfoot Lane Cross Road, also in St Michael.

According to police, initial investigations reveal that Edwards was struck with an object on May 12, 2015 while at Green Park Lane.

He received medical treatment and returned home where he died on May 28. (PR/NB)
