ALL EYES were on Opposition Leader Mia Mottley when she arrived at Parliament yesterday to give her reply to the Budget.
Red-clad supporters greeted her as she alighted from the vehicle, with many people surging to embrace her. There was also a large bouquet of flowers awaiting her.
