CHRIST CHURCH Foundation will battle Springer Memorial in this evening’s final of the Barbados Secondary Schools Under-15 netball league at the Netball Stadium.

Foundation, who lost their Under-13 crown to Lester Vaughan, pulled off a tough 15-14 victory over the deposed champions Queen’s College on Tuesday. Foundation had led 4-1, 6-5 and 11-9 in the first three quarters.

In a low scoring affair, junior national player Niara Forde led all scorers albeit in a losing effort for QC with 12 (of 26). Brittney Small 1/5 and Nyhalia Wilson 1/3 could not provide the edge for QC. Barbados junior Brianna Holder (9/22) and Chiara Chase (6/15) carried Foundation’s attack.
