Nation case dismissed

THE CRIMINAL CASE against three senior staff members of the Nation Publishing Company Limited was dismissed today.

Nation newspaper Publisher Vivian-Anne Gittens, Editor-in-Chief Roy Morris and News Editor Sanka Price, were jointly charged with showing an indecent photograph of two minors, aged 14, in the October 26, 2013 edition of the Saturday Sun. (NB)
