VIDEO: Caribbean countries vulnerable to external forces

Bahamas Foreign Minister Fred Mitchell speaks on the vulnerability of Caribbean nations in his address at the CARICOM Heads of Government Conference here in Barbados.

Mr Mitchell spoke about the failure of the Baha Mar mega project in The Bahamas which caused Prime Minister Perry Christie to return home.

He also outlined other business ventures across the region which have collapsed, leaving the governments holding the bag.
