THE KADOOMENT route is filled with hotspots and is hard to police, Acting Commissioner of Police Tyrone Griffith said yesterday after two shootings and a stabbing occurred along the course.
Generally speaking, though, he added, the crowd was well behaved as many came out simply to enjoy themselves.
Griffith said that in about two days, after the top brass of the Royal Barbados Police Force had completed its review, it would be clear what areas might need improving.
Public relations officer, Acting Assistant Superintendent David Welch, said all was going well until the afternoon when at around 1:40 p.m. a 28-year-old St Michael resident was stabbed several times in Bank Hall.
