FLOW’s on it

THE FLOOD OF complaints from hundreds of customers about poor service from FLOW has the attention of the managing director.

Niall Sheehy yesterday assured dissatisfied customers that teams of technical staff of the telecommunication company were working around the clock to resolve their problems.

“People genuinely have issues and we are listening to them. I personally understand the problems and we are making every effort to resolve them,” Sheehy said.

There has been a stream of complaints about FLOW’s services, ranging from its landline to mobile and television, but the majority have had to do with intermittent disruptions in the voice service.
